The Environment Trust is working in partnership with Sheffield City Council & Transform South Yorkshire to build 47 new Green Homes at Norfolk Park.

Price guideline is as follows:

1 bed apartment from £80,000

2 bed apartment from £ 100,000

3 bed house from £130,000

If you are:

a) A first time buyer, OR
b) Your household income is less than 30% of the
purchase price, then you may be able to buy one of the Green Homes.

The 47 Green Homes will be allocated in partnership with the council using a ballot system for priority applicants. More details of the allocation process will be made available later.

To express an interest in properties on this development, please contact The Environment Trust or drop into the Sheffield Property Shop on Union Street to request an expression of interest form. Anyone wanting to apply to buy one of the 32 one and two-bed apartments or 15 three-bed houses must send their application form to the Environment Trust by 28 September 2007.

All homes have a magnificent view over Sheffield, are grouped around a village green and handily located on the Supertram route.

The 47 Green Homes are expected to be completed by March 2008. Most of these homes will be built to high access standards and some of the one-bedroom apartments are designed specifically for wheelchair users.

A show flat should be available to view from November 2007. The homes will be available to buy at less than market value.
