For anyone needing assistance with locating and buying a suitable property, the Accessible Property Register has teamed up with experienced home locators, the Homebuyers Agency to offer a service designed specifically for you. You tell us what you are looking for and we do the work!

The service operates at two levels:
  • Level 1. Relocation – Homebuyers Agency will undertake to find a shortlist of properties in your chosen area that meet your general (location, price, type of property etc) and specific needs (access features, equipment and adaptations). They discuss your requirements with you, make all necessary contacts with estate agents and letting agencies, and keep you regularly informed of progress.
  • Level 2. Homebuyer Assistance – The Homebuyers Agency will take responsibility for all aspects of your purchase, including arranging viewings, negotiation with estate agents and/or vendors, arranging legal services, arranging the move, and providing mortgage and other essential financial advice. They do all the chasing for you and will update you, as often you want.

In addition to managing the purchase of the property, the Homebuyers Agency will if required source and oversee installation of any necessary equipment and adaptations that you may require to meet specific needs.
